Primary measures:
1. Impeach George Bush and his cabinet members.
2. Cut Military Funding - stop invasion of Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, etc..
3. Halt all War Contract Funds - Mercenary, Military Support, Construction, etc..
4. Disallow current Voting Machines and their makers from use in future elections.
5. Require open source, peer reviewed Voting Machines and Central Tabulators.
6. Investigate cases of election fraud and re-enfranchise voters.
7. Gather plans from scientists for best actions to curb Global Warming.
8. Repeal the "Patriot Act" and unconstitutional spying/policing.
9. Repeal Anti-immigrant laws and Pass increased Resident Alien Rights laws.
10. Investigate War Contractors - reclaim money for over-charges and work not done.
11. Investigate War Crimes in all levels of government and privatized branches.
12. Investigate the Illegal Iraq Invasion Pretext.
13. Investigate Election Crimes of 2000 and 2004.
14. Investigate 9/11, particularly with regard to "false flag" operations.


More profound measures:
15. Shut down Abu Ghraib, Guantanimo, and other US/CIA torture camps.
16. Cut all financial, political, and military aid to Israel.
17. Repeal the Financial Bailouts, take money back from the corrupted bankers.
18. Send recovered money to home-owners being foreclosed.
19. Require lenders to re-negotiate mortgages to affordable rates.
20. Send relief to all of New Orleans - exclude war contractors (Haliberton, etc.)
21. Re-instill Habeus Corpus.
22. Oversee the FCC to require Net Neutrality.
23. Oversee FCC to de-corrupt broadcast news.
24. Cut subsidies for rich or non-sustainable industries (auto, oil, weapons, etc.)
25. Cut funding for all "dig and burn" energy plants (coal, nuclear, petroleum)
26. Fund "green" and sustainable energy projects (wind, solar, thermal, tidal, etc.)
27. Fund "green" transportation projects (train, light rail, hydrogen fuel cell, etc.)
28. Fund replacement of gas vehicles with electric and HFC vehicles.
29. Increase the Minimum Wage to $14 per hour.
30. Require Television / Radio / Newspapers to show political candidacy info for free.
31. Disallow mercenary and private militias to employ more than 20 people or vehicles.
32. Disallow anti-union harassment.
33. Fund union education programs.
34. Disallow patenting of DNA - especially found DNA.
35. Disallow genetically spliced food and seeds from being tested, grown, or sold.
36. Disallow Lobbyists from treating/paying members of Congress.
37. Limit number of congressional Lobbyists each group can have to 3.
38. Pay our U.N. dues, stop bullying smaller nations.
39. Sign and enforce the Kyoto Protocol.
40. Remove contraceptive restrictions on African HIV programs.
41. Remove the financial incentives for corporations to pollute.
42. Remove the financial incentives for big pharma to suppress cures.
43. Fund secular social programs, cut religious programs.
44. Re-instill Roe vs Wade.
45. Poll Property and Corporate Tax Payers for how their money should be used.


Most profound measures:
46. Remove legal status of personhood and liability limitations from Corporations.
47. Remove authority from the Federal Reserve - return money printing to Congress.
48. End Personal Income Tax - there is no legal basis and no need without the FR.
49. Remove the legitimacy of off-shore finances.
50. Begin Free, Insuranceless Health Care for all citizens and documented aliens.
51. Disallow private ownership of more than 20 entities within an industry.
52. Lower copyright coverage to 10 years with no extensions.
53. Shut down the Insurance Industry - replace with federal assistance programs.
54. Shut down the Stock Market - investment futures should not be gambled.
55. Shut down the CIA, NSA, NRO, DHS, and TSA.
56. Declassify 90% of "classified" documents - expose the corruption.
57. Legalize and provide regulation for all illicit psychotropic substances.
58. Legalize and provide regulation / licensing for sex workers.
59. Order the breakup of corporate farms and feedlots - return to smaller farms.
60. Return all public utilities to public ownership - disallow privatization.
61. Turn Phone, Wireless, Internet and TV networks into public utilities.
62. Turn major Hospitals, Banks/Lenders, and Mass Transit into public services.
63. Sift through Patents and Copyrights - throw out ones that stifle creativity.
64. Reclaim the financial holdings of the country's wealthiest 10% of people.
65. Return some prime lands taken from native americans and give reparations.
66. Repurpose Military role from combat into disaster relief and humanitarian aid.
67. Work to reverse or dismantle the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
68. Work to reverse or dismantle the World Trade Organization.
69. Donate food surplus to domestic rations and international aid.

After all of that is said and done.. make a public formal apology for everything brought to light that the United States has done to the people of the world. When we've rebuilt our own country to a healthier state, reach out to honestly help other nations.
